I need a lock washer for my 93 YJ. When I installed my lift with the drop pitman, the washer has a gnarly crack in it. The dealer wants $9.73 for the dumb thing and will have to order it. Anyone got an old steering box that I can scavange the lock washer off of? Thanks in advance.

Tried several hardware stores, no luck on one that big. Tried 4 West in Colton, 4Wheel Parts in Riverside etc. I bought a pitman arm puller, but broke it. Used a grinder with diamond blade to finially get it off. I know the nut is super tight. 190 ft. lbs. The nut came off with no prob, the issue was with the arm.

Not sure about Cleghorn. Don't recall any hoses or speed bumps there. I do have a friend that just picked up a 97 TJ that is he getting road worthy and he is wanting to do some easy/moderate stuff.

I am actually not working on the 16th. A couple pics/videos of Cleghorn I have seen give me the creeps. Like the v-notch section. Is there bypasses that are legal for the really technical stuff?

Jeff The V-notch is so driven out now it isnt even funny, There is maybe one part where you lift a tire and that can be avoided if you go to the left a little.
