Fresh Bacon? dont't let those F^#*ers at Peta hear that. I helped slaughter a pig for a roast at a friends house, we stuffed it with veggies and moist rice and buried it in a wet burlap sack with hot coals on it, probably the best pig I ever had.
speaking of bacon, I was watching some cooking show where the guy baked it with brown sugar and cayenne powder, looked pretty damn good

I loooooovveeee crispy almost burned bacon. I am drooling thinking about it. After the bacon is cooked I use some of the oil/grease to fry up a few eggs. Mmmmmm, bacon...

LOL jeff my dad does the same thing. For some reason I can't fry my eggs in the greese, makes me sick as crapola. But is good times. I like frying up my bacon, then after its done putting it in a metal container and put into the fridge. And then when ever my mom, or I makes tacos, bust out some rosarita refried beans. add some graded sharp cheddar chesse, and put two table spoons and let it metal in YUMMMY.
